THE BEAST RISING FROM THE SEA

1. A beast

“…And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.” Revelation 13:1

a) Seven heads

2. The beast further described

“Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion...” Revelation 13:2a

a) Like a leopard (swiftness)

3. Power of the Beast

“…The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.” Revelation 13:2b

4. Healing of the wounded head of the beast

“All who dwell on the earth will worship him…” Revelations 13:8
